Unser Gartenhaus und Biotop [ROT] verhindert den Bau größerer Häuser in der Nähe  [GELB] Warum um ein anderes Haus in der Nähe zu bauen. Man braucht mehr Grund, um eine Baugenehmigung für ein neues Haus zu bekommen. Unser "Haus" [ROT] und das Nachbarhaus [GELB] werden abgerissen um das neue größere Gebäude auf dem kombinierten Grundstück zu bauen. Beide Liegenschaften gehören heute 2018 der Wunderer Privatstiftung unter der Leitung von Wurst & Ströck Rechtsanwälte Partnerschaft, Wien	Die Häuser im roten und gelben Bereich gehören der Wunderer Privatstiftung. Andere Liegenschaften inkl. Kitzbühl sind verkauft. Die Tocher von Prof Wunderer ist verzweifelt. When our [RED] surface is joined  with the neighbouring  plot [YELLOW] a desired space is achieved. Our house [RED] and the neigbour house  [YELLOW] will be demolished and the new bigger house buidt on the combined areal. Both properties belong today to  the Wunderer Privatstiftung manageded by Wurst & Ströck Rechtsanwälte Partnerschaft, Vienna
Die Inspektion wurde von jemandem aus dem benachbarten Haus [BLAU] aktiviert siehe unten die Liste der Personen die Miteigentümer sind  und die Selbstanzeige  an die Bauinspektion (MA37) erstattet haben, hatten etwas im Sinn	Die Akteure The actors are defined here	The inspection was activated by someone form the neighbouring house [BLUE] (see under the list of  persons included in our  condominium)  who sent self-denouciation to the construction Inspectorate  (MA37) having something in mind

A private company acts in the name of authorities.

Im Vereinigten Königreich oder in Schweden wäre es ein Skandal, der einen beklagenden Fall von Machtmissbrauch darstellt. Eine private Firma schreibt den Behörden vor, wie sie handeln sollen. No Go !!!		"Es kann also sein, dass Sie von der Baupolizei    demnächst einen Termin für eine Begehung     bekannt gegeben bekommen. Bitte diesem Termin unbedingt nachkommen!"		"So it may be that you will soon be notified by the building control about an appointment for an local investigation. Please be sure to meet this deadline!"		In UK or Sweden it would be a scandal illustrating an appaling case of  misue of power. A private company writes somting like this in the  name of authorities directing how they will act. No go !!!
