darstellt. Eine private Firma schreibt den Behörden vor, wie sie
handeln sollen. No Go !!! |

In UK or Sweden it would be a scandal
illustrating an appaling case of misue of power. A private company
writes somting like this in the name of authorities directing how they
will act. No go !!! |
